Lucky Letters Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

Lucky Letters is a word game for Android published by Trolley Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Lucky Letters app (package com.trolley.luckyletters).

The short version: there are no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email or anything you type. Your progress stays on your phone. Google services we rely on (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) collect device and usage data to measure, fix and fund the game, and you can switch the optional parts off in Settings.

Information we collect

Information that stays on your device

Your progress (levels, coins, postcards, streak, statistics) and your settings are stored on your phone. If Android backup is on, this file may be included in your own Google backup so it follows you to a new phone. The daily reminder is a notification scheduled by the app itself on your phone; we do not run a push-notification server.

Information collected by Google services

The app uses the following Google services, which collect information under their own terms:

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, payment details, or the words you enter in the game.

Consent and defaults

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form after your first finished level, before any ad can appear. Analytics, crash reports and personalized ads are used there only if you agree in that form or turn them on in Settings. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Privacy.

How long we keep it
